Happy National Veterinary Technician Week! At Tucson Wildlife Center, vet techs play an important role in the rehabilitation of our wild patients. Our vet techs assist the veterinarians with the treatment and surgery of patients, while also making themselves available to our volunteers and animal care staff for questions and concerns. We could not do what we do at TWC without our selfless and caring vet techs, and we feel very fortunate to have each of them as part of our wildlife care team!
