Our hours of admission are from 8 am to 5 pm daily.
We are available 24/7 to answer calls and to offer advice. If you have a wildlife emergency, please call us at (520) 290-9453. If you get our voice mail, please leave your name, number(s), location, and brief description of your situation so we can call you back.
Due to the high volume of calls, we receive, we cannot always respond immediately. But, if you leave a voicemail, we will do our very best to get back to you as soon as possible.
We will travel after hours, from 6 pm to 8 am for wildlife emergency situations, if we are available and if the situation warrants.
