GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS For Both Travel Experiences:
Purchaser must be an individual 21 years or older at time of entry purchase and must be present in the state of Arizona at the time of entry purchase. Arizona residency is not required for purchase. Online entry purchasers will receive a confirmation email of purchase, and your name will be automatically entered to win. Purchasers do not need to be present during the drawing. Once documented, the purchaser is not able to retract or change trip or cash choice. Trip must be booked within the first year after drawing date, and taken within two years of the drawing date. All cash prizes will be paid net of applicable income tax withholding and applicable tax forms will be issued to all winners.
SPECIAL NOTE: At the time of this printing, federal law requires that corresponding tax withholding on prize values of greater than $5,000 must be collected from winners upon award and distribution. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution. Winners are responsible for reporting the prize value as income.
