Tucson Wildlife Center operates the only 24/7/365 wildlife hospital in Southern Arizona and services are free of charge to the public. Tucson Wildlife Center receives no government funding and is able to care for more than 4,000 animals a year thanks to grants and donations from generous animal lovers such as yourselves. On average, it costs more than $1,000 a day to operate Tucson Wildlife Center, providing professional medical care, quality food and expert rehabilitation for sick, injured and orphaned wild animals. If you would like to help us continue aiding wildlife, please consider supporting us in one of these ways:

Sponsor a Rescue
Some of the animals that we rescue are unable to be released back into the wild environment. We appreciate the support we receive from the community to provide a sanctuary for these animals where they can live out their lives in comfort surrounded by staff and volunteers who love them. Volunteer
As a largely volunteer-run wildlife center, we are always eager to find others who would like to help us with our mission to rescue and care for sick, injured and orphaned animals until they are able to be released back to their homes in the wild.
Our largest group of volunteers work in animal care, preparing food, cleaning enclosures and occasionally handling wildlife. For a more hands-on animal experience, we operate a seasonal Bird and Baby Mammal Orphanage that allows volunteers to hand-feed baby birds, bunnies and other rodents as well as preparing formulas and cleaning cages.
Tucson Wildlife Center also offers opportunities for volunteers to education the community about the important work we do and how they can peacefully coexist with the wildlife in their neighborhoods.
In addition, we always need help in the office, at the intake reception desk, answering phone calls and maintaining the property.
